Homeowner Association consulting and review services

We offer review services for homeowner associations. This service provides professional reviews of all homeowner submitted plans to insure compliance with guidelines and CC&R documents. This service is based on a fixed fee for each review depending on service provided. Our office also provides consulting services to write Architectural guidelines or update existing guidelines. Many new homeowners find it helpful that our office reviews homes when in escrow to know if that home is currently in compliance.
